What are some problem faced by old people in this society?

As my own opinion, they may face alot of difficulty in the outside world. Because the boss may want some person who can work faster than other, so the old people may loss out on their job.

But for what i think for the old people i feel sad for them because they also a human and need to survive in the society. So they need people to accompany them to make them feel happy and not being lonely in the society.

But for some son and daughter, they may not want to take care of the parent and bring them to the old fork home and feel really sad for them.Being old people, other don't really put them in their shoes and they may be lonely.
