What are some problems faced by old people in this society ?

Nowadays in the society , majority of the old people face difficult problems/difficulties . Some examples of the problems they face are unemployment , sent to old folks home by their children , and their health .
Firstly , majority of the old people are facing the problem of unemployment . Employers nowadays do not want to employ old people , as they are weak and slow , even though they have some experiences . They are so in a terrible state as they cannot even get a very simple job such as cleaner . Even cleaner vacancies were taken away by the mid the people in their 40s . Employers want their money given worthwhile , and that is why most of the employers do not want to hire old people .
Another problem that old people face is being sent to old folks home by their children . Their children each have to work , and majority of the children also have a family to support . Some of the old people's children's income are low , and they will need to spend more time on work . That is one reason why they send their parents to old folks home . The other reason is that the old people's children thinks that they are very irritating / and eyesore . The old people's children want their homes to be quiet , but if their parents are with them , they will disrupt them and the children will start to think of their parents being troublesome . The old people's children want their privacy , and that is why they send their parents to old folks home .
Lastly , old people are facing health problems . Since they are old , their bodies' immune system would not be working well . When their immune system is not working well , illness will start to infect them . Lots of old people died because of different kinds of illnesses , and that that is why old people are scared of being ill , leading to a problem faced .
In my opinion , I think that people in the society should help the old people as much as they can , as the old people's lives are getting shorter . We should help them as much as we can , so that they would not have any regrets and rest in peace .
